Hi, I am Catherine and I am a 51 yr old mum of 3 boys, and am feeling fabulous in perimenopause.

I am a CNM certified functional health & nutrition coach.  I am also a trained CPCAB Counsellor and qualified Personal Trainer.

I empower women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond to feel strong, sexy, and confident in their bodies by transforming the way they move, their approach to nutrition, and their often limiting beliefs.

Through smart, sustainable and personalised strategies in nutrition, exercise, and mindset, I help midlife women ditch the diet roller coaster, conquer their specific menopause challenges, and build vibrant, healthy lives that they are excited to wake up to every day.
