Will this work if I’m in perimenopause or menopause?

Yes — the programmes are designed specifically for midlife women.
Every habit, every workout, every piece of guidance supports your hormones, metabolism, sleep, cravings and energy during this stage of life.

Can I join if I’m a beginner or unfit right now?

Absolutely. The foundation programmes are the perfect place to start, rebuild confidence, get stronger and feel supported.  Everything is low-pressure, realistic and tailored to your pace.

Do I need equipment?

A pair of dumbbells or kettlebells is ideal, but you can start with body weight or bands…whatever you have.
Workouts are tailored to the equipment you have and the time you have available too.  Simple, joint-friendly workouts that can be done at home.
I’ll guide you on what to use and how to progress safely.

How much time do I need each week?

As much time as you can spare.  The workouts are 15 – 30 minutes, or longer if you have the time, and the daily habits are simple and quick.  
You’ll get results without reshaping your whole life.

Will I really see results in six weeks?

Yes — if you follow either of the programmes, you can expect:
