Despite previous weight loss on “successful” diets and plans, you have always found yourself rebounding and regaining the pound, and blaming yourself for your failure.  You have joined numerous fitness clubs and dragged yourself to classes but always lose the motivation because you hate the gym!   

You have tried so hard to prioritise your health and wellness on so many occasions, but nothing seems to work in the long-term, leaving you feeling depleted, less confidence and depressed as the reality of yet another failed attempt sinks in.

I do get it. I have been where you are....

When I first started on my personal development journey, I was stuck in a cycle of self-doubt and uncertainty. I was trying everything—self-help books, programs, numerous diets — but nothing seemed to stick.

I was constantly chasing what I knew I was capable of, but never quite managing to stick to what I thought was the right path, long enough to fulfil my potential….and of course every time I fell off the path I would beat myself up for lack of commitment and failing yet again.

I was great at signing up to the NEXT thing, and would so often manage to follow a ridiculously restrictive or unachievable plan to the letter for a few weeks, but all too often the perfectionist in me would completely derail my efforts the minute I had a slip up on an impossible commitment. 

My all or nothing nature would go from brilliant dedication to catastrophic saboteur in a heartbeat. 

On other occasions I would buy and devour book after book, thinking that the learning would give me the results I so desperately wanted, only to never have time to take the actions needed to get where I wanted to be.  I always focused on the overwhelming enormity of the results that I wanted, rather than breaking down a realistic step by step process to give me a gradual and achievable path to the desired success.

At rock bottom – eventually I realised the missing piece:

Lockdown had seen me going down a rabbit hole of self-destruction.  I was drinking too much alcohol, emotionally eating to self soothe and surviving though the rollercoaster of a crazy toxic relationship. I had gained 28lb’s in weight and was repulsed, despairing and full of self-loathing for myself and my body. 

In January 2021 as we gradually emerged back to normal life and lockdown life piece by piece peeled away, I knew I had to dig deep to climb up that mountain to find myself again and make myself feel better.  I knew I deserved to be nurtured and loved, and came to realise that I had only myself that I could rely on to do this.

I needed a clear, actionable process that not only guided me, but also nurtured and supported me through every stage of my body and mindset transformations ………

You can love yourself again and fully embrace the potential of your one precious VIBRANT LIFE.
