Do I need equipment?

A pair of dumbbells or kettlebells is ideal, but you can start with whatever you have.
Workouts are simple, joint-friendly and can be done at home.
I’ll guide you on what to use and how to progress safely.

How much time do I need each week?

As much time as you can space. 60 minute live calls are on Tuesday evenings at 7pm – if you can’t make the call – dont worry – you get sent the live recordings. 
The workouts are 15-30 minutes and designed to fit into your busy life, and the daily habits are simple and quick.
You’ll get results without reshaping your whole life.
